RAMIRO FAUVE
Fauve offers smooth singer/songwriter melody, intimacy and story.
Acoustically his sound is easy on the ears and well developed.
Writing, recording and performing in Los Angeles since 1980, Ramiro
Fauve's voice has been called "golden."
It is at the same time smooth, passionate, and, at times, rough.
His songs are rhythmic, melodic
and lyrically meaningful, filled with hopeful messages of tolerance, social
concern, and love.
Ramiro Fauve comes from a
family of musicians. He is the son of Latin American singer/songwriter
Suni Paz, and has accompanied
her live and on her many records (Smithsonian/ Folkways) since
the age of 9.
Ramiro Fauve is also a successful
muralist, known for his giant murals, such as the 70'
tall Bo Jackson/
Nike mural at Hollywood and Vine (opening shot of Pretty Woman)
and the 400' long City of Los Angeles
Marathon mural on the I-10 freeway, and many other works for film
and television. Focusing his artistic
skills on music, he has discovered (as you will too) that creativity
has no
boundaries and that be it aural or visual, a palette is a palette
is a palette.
Fauve has two CD's available.
One is his debut solo album Outta the Blue and his
recent release See What You Want with his
new progressive band called O. Both are available
for sample and sale at cdbaby.com/o-music
